How is this influence course different from any of the others?

Most courses focus solely on tactics - single actions that give you an advantage in that exact situation. A few others focus mainly on principles, but generally leave you guessing as they lack any practical 'how to' aspect.

This course covers influence at 3 levels - principles, skills and tactics. This means that you know why you're using specific tactics and can place them in a larger context. You will also have specific skills to underpin this too, so instead of just doing certain limited things to influence others, you can be influential instead.

Are places really scarce?

Of course. I only run this course twice a year. There is only so much space in a training room. You can do the math.
