With us, coaching isn't just about getting to be 'okay'. Phil's passion is about helping others to become extraordinary. We all have the potential within us to be excellent. What is excellence exactly? We define it as living up to your full potential. For example, if you rated 8 / 10 in one of the areas above, do you know what it would take to reach 10 / 10?

If you honestly don't know how, or have some idea but never get around to it, Phil can assist you in achieving that through the coaching process.

How is a personal life coaching session conducted?

Sessions are conducted on a one to one basis and typically last 1 hour. Coaching can be delivered face-to-face or by phone. Life coaching is generally goal-driven and about making gains in the future, so be prepared to focus on the areas of your life that you wish to improve. Expect to be challenged to step beyond your current comfort zone.

You will need to take action between sessions in order to move forward. You will discuss and agree what form these actions will take in each coaching session, and can give feedback on your learnings in the next one.

How many life coaching sessions will be needed?

Coaching is rarely undertaken on a single session basis. The length of the process will be determined by the timescale you set for changes you wish to make in your life. Rough timescale and how frequently you have coaching sessions is usually determined and agreed at the beginning of the coaching process.

Why come to Phil Callaghan?

Phil is a highly experienced and well qualified coach. It's no secret that coaching qualifications vary greatly, with some schools certifying people after minimal training. However, Phil is a Licensed NLP Master Practitioner and NLP Trainer. Further, Phil trains people to become coaches. Wouldn't you rather draw on the skill of the coaches' Coach?

We don't charge a standard by-the-session rate, though rough estimates for a coaching programme can be based on the figures below.
